The MK97 MOD 0 Machine Gun Mount is used to mount a M240G Machine Gun. The weapon is hard mounted in the MK97 MOD 0. The ammunition capacity for the mount is 200 rounds, or expandable to 600 rounds. The mount is a stainless steel mount and can use either the standard large Navy pintle or the small Army pintle. The mount can be easily adapted to any boat or vehicle that uses a MK16 MOD 9 stand or small pintle adapter. A shield assembly or M.A.S.S. can also be added if desired.
