The guard booths selected were the Porta-King Durasteel, Colonial style with:
- painted steel standing seam roof
- painted steel interior wall panels
- painted steel exterior wall panels
- tinted glazing
- ballistic rating
The gatehouse controls the pop-up barricades, and contains the administration
office and restrooms. It can be seen in the background of the last photo.
The gatehouse provided was a ballistic rated Duraluminum Booth complete with:
- restroom
- brick exterior wall panels
- standing seam roof
The floor plan for the gatehouse was specific to each location (5 locations were
upgraded) and permits security personnel inside to have an unobstructed view
of the Vehicle Inspection shelter and ID checkpoint.
The canopy and the vehicle inspection station shown had already been installed
prior to our becoming involved in the project. However, our modular-designed
canopies and either fabric or steel vehicle inspection stations could have made
the total package available as one turnkey project.
